Beatz® Fitness comprises a number of formats, including;

  • Beatz – The original Beatz Fitness format, multi-genre dance fitness workouts to choreographed routines. Suitable for everyone, Beatz is choreographed across a wide range of music genres, meaning there really is something for all tastes.
  • GLOW-Beatz – An exercise class that utilises Glowsticks, Disco Lights, and uplifting dance music in a darkened environment. It’s  Fitness AND Fun.
  • PWR-Beatz – The HIIT and Functional Fitness Workouts with no equipment required. PWR Beatz is broken down into 3 sections… Burn, Blast & Boost.. ensuring a total body workout like no other!

WHAT IS BOXERCISE?

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in a great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit or the elitism of some so called purists.There are over 1.2 Million people in the UK taking Boxercise Classes or doing Boxercise.

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

Our Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

WHAT IS KETTLERCISE?

Kettlercise is a Body Transformation, toning and weight loss system, normally Kettlebells are usually used for strength, power and body building types of training, both are very different.

The two main differences:

  1. the weight of the Kettlebell that is being used
  2. and the duration that the Kettlebell is being used for in each exercise (e.g. reps)

Kettlercise ® is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning exercise class, that uses the BSM method (Blood Shunting method) and is designed to re shape and sculpt the body like never before.  It uses smaller Kettlebell weights for ladies 2kg to 8kg and for men 4kg to 10kg and uses 37 blood pumping Kettlebell exercises in a set class routine that works every major and minor muscle group, it’s the only exercise class that gives participants a complete body workout.  It’s a high volume, moderate intensity program.  It’s a none stop program.
