Our Boxercise classes are designed so that they are suitable for all levels of fitness

The class is lead by an instructor who leads participants through various exercises to a contemporary music soundtrack. The aim is to develop numerous domains of physical fitness, particularly cardiovascular fitness, cardio stamina and flexibility.

Getting Started

Your first Boxercise class

Our Boxercise class will include exercises used by professional boxers in order to tone, burn calories and get your adrenaline pumping. It’s not all about throwing punches! you can expect to perform exercises such as skipping, kicking punch bags, press ups, shuttle runs, sit ups and everyone’s favourite, BURPEES.
