With so many different kinds of group classes to choose from, it can be tough to know where to start.

That’s where our group fitness classes come in. There’s a strong community vibe, with expert instruction, high intensity, and friendly competition — all of the ingredients for a fantastic workout. The camaraderie of our fitness classes – along with the motivation and the expertise of the instructor – will help to ensure that you get the most out of your workouts. With options including different forms of aerobics through to circuit training, boxercise, HIIT and strength, I’m sure we have a fitness class to suit you.

How to claim your free class

1: Complete the form with your name and email address.
2: Choose the class you would like to try
3: An email will be sent with a link for Gymcatch (CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER)
4: Download the App to register your account
5: Activate your account.
6: A class pass will be sent to you via the app, enabling you to book the class of your choice

If booking Jumpercise PLEASE make sure you book the correct boot size

Classes are subject to availability
Classes are limited to a maximum of one per user
Trial Classes must be cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations must be done via the app.
